MICHAEL KESSEH is a chartered accountant, tax practitioner, and a corporate legal advisor. With over a decade of professional experience, Michael has made his mark across diverse industries, including hospitality, E-commerce, financial technology, construction, NGOs, and education. His breadth of experience positions him as a versatile and invaluable asset, bringing a wealth of knowledge to every project he undertakes.

Holding membership with both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants -  UK (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants - Ghana (ICAG), Michael offers a rich blend of global perspective and professionalism in his endeavours.  He also holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK),  a Master of Arts in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Ghana, and an Advanced Diploma in Transfer Pricing from the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.
